Archives Claims it will take “One to Two Years” to Begin Processing Hillary’s Telephone Logs

(Washington, DC) – Judicial Watch, the public interest group that investigates and prosecutes government corruption, announced today that U.S. District Judge James Robertson granted Judicial Watch’s motion to conduct discovery into the procedures used by the National Archives and Records Administration’s to process its requests for records at the Clinton Library. [Judicial Watch, Inc. v U.S. National Archives and Records Administration, Civil Action No: 1:07-cv-01267 (JR)].  The National Archives has requested, in effect, an indefinite stay in Judicial Watch’s lawsuit to obtain Hillary Clinton’s records, estimating in court documents that it will take “one to two years” to begin processing Hillary’s telephone logs.

These documents are First Lady Hillary Clinton's White House schedules.  On March 19, 2008 the Clinton Library released to Judicial Watch 11,046 pages of Mrs. Clinton's schedules from 1993 to 2001. 

The following documents are related to the National Taskforce on Health Care Reform, a “cabinet-level” task force chaired by former First Lady Hillary Rodham Clinton during the Clinton administration.  Specifically, these documents come from the White House Health Care Interdepartmental Working Group.
